With the end of 2024 in sight, we celebrate a monumental year at Corpay. This year was marked by a corporate rebrand, a strategic simplification, record-setting financial performance, transformative acquisitions, well-earned accolades, and a company culture that continues to set us apart. Here’s a look back at our milestones.

A New Name to Reflect an Evolving Company

This year marked a significant milestone in our company’s journey as we rebranded from FLEETCOR to Corpay. Announced earlier in the year, the rebrand reflects our evolution from a regional fuel card supplier into a global payments giant. The new brand represents the breadth of our expertise across three aligned areas: vehicle payments, corporate payments and lodging payments. This new identity underscores our commitment to simplifying payments to better serve our businesses and consumers worldwide.

Record-Breaking Financial Performance

2024 saw unprecedented growth for Corpay, with quarterly revenues surpassing $1 billion for the first time in Q3 positioning is for a strong exit to the year. We also experienced record highs in stock price performance during the past 52 weeks. These achievements reflect the strength of our diversified portfolio and our commitment to delivering value to our clients and stakeholders across the globe.

Strategic Acquisitions and Expansion

We reinforced our position as a leader in corporate payments with two major acquisitions which were part of more than $1 billion in capital deployment on M&A in 2024. In July, we acquired Paymerang, strengthening our accounts payable automation capabilities. In December, we welcomed GPS Capital Markets to the Corpay family to further diversify and scale our cross-border payments solutions business. With these two additions, our Corporate Payments business projected to account for 40% of our overall revenue by then end of 2025.

Leadership to Drive Growth

In 2024, Corpay tapped Mike Jeffrey as U.S. Chief Revenue Officer, unifying sales and marketing efforts across our U.S. businesses. This strategic move unlocks new cross-selling opportunities and reinforces our commitment to providing integrated solutions for our clients.

Recognitions and Awards

Our efforts didn’t go unnoticed, with two high-profile numerous accolades this year. Corpay was Certified as a Great Place to Work® for 2024 based on an employee survey. Nearly 70% of U.S.-based Corpay employees said Corpay is a great place to work based on benchmarks against Fortune's 2024 Top 100 Best Companies. Corpay was also named to the TIME World's Best Companies 2024 rankings based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability.

Fostering a Thriving Culture

Our success is driven by our people. This year, we celebrated International Women’s Day with stories from Corpay leaders about empowering women through active listening and other inclusive practices. We appointed Elaine Barclay and Mary McCorvey as global Co-Chief People Officers, emphasizing our dedication to equity and growth.

During Pride Month, our “Pride at the Cor” Employee Resource Group hosted a panel on creating inclusive workplaces. For Juneteenth, employees across regions participated in celebrations, from music festivals to community events.

Our lines of business strived to build goodwill in their communities with a variety of efforts. The following are just a few recent examples.

Our lodging brand T-A Connections joined Sun Country Airlines for its annual airplane pull to raise money for Make-A-Wish Minnesota.

Lodging brand ALE Solutions packed more than two-thousand meals to support the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Vehicle payments brand in Brazil, Sem Parar, marked Gas Station Attendant's Day by surprising attendants with special prizes.

Vehicle payments brand PayByPhone collected more than 500 unused cellphones and other devices to go to members of the community, schools, and domestic violence shelters.

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on 2024, we’re inspired by our achievements and motivated to continue driving innovation, growth, and impact in the year ahead. Thank you to our employees, clients, and partners for being part of this incredible journey. Here’s to an even brighter 2025!
